A self drive holiday over 7 nights and 8 days, driving some of the most spectacular and exhilarating roads that Europe has to offer. This self-drive holiday is for the drivers! With that in mind, Day 1 of the route gets you as close to the alps as is reasonable. Dijon is the perfect stopping point as it gives you an opportunity to lunch in Epernay, and also stop off at Reims-Gueux for a couple of obligatory pics at the site of the old French Grand Prix. From there you head directly for the alps, stopping first at Zermatt via the Great St Bernard Pass. On Day 3, between Zermatt and St Moritz there is no shortage of incredible driving roads: the Meloja and Julier Passes just outside St Moritz, or the Big 3 (Furka, Grimsel, & Susten) closer to Zermatt. St Moritz to Cortina is not only an excuse to stay in another super exclusive ski resort, but also a chance to drive the Dolomites! Cortina d’Ampezzo is the most easterly stay on your drive, and from there you head back towards Blighty. First stop is Davos, meeting point of the World Economic Forum, the Illuminati, and all manner of evil geniuses. That’s why we stay there, but not before driving the Valparola, Jaufen, and Fluela Passes. The following day you take it easy, giving you a chance to unwind a little and give clutch-leg a rest. It’s a short drive to Lake Constance where you’ll stay at the stunning Yachtsport resort overlooking the lake. On the penultimate day you head towards Baden-Baden, driving the epic Feldberg Pass and stunning Black Forest along the way. Once there, you’re almost home

Once on European soil, average of 3h45m per day, but some days will be longer to enable you to get the most out of your time in the Alps. Additionally, you can choose your difficultly level by selecting which routes you would like.
