GRANDSTANDS.

Grandstand Lagos / Meo / Northe

For fans who want to be right in the thick of the action, the Lagos, Meo and Norte grandstands deliver one of the most exciting viewing positions at the Algarve International Circuit. Sitting in the Turn 1 and 2 complex, you will witness cars arriving at full speed from the start and finish straight before diving into the heavy braking zone at Turn 1, one of the premier overtaking opportunities on the entire lap. As the field fans out and drivers jostle for position through the opening corners, the intensity from this area of the circuit is unmatched. Sweeping through Turns 2 and 3, two of the most technically demanding and visually spectacular sections of the Portimão layout, you will be treated to some of the finest cornering action of the entire weekend. A large screen positioned across the track ensures you stay connected to the full race feed, so you will never miss a moment of the action elsewhere on the circuit.

Portimão 2 Grandstand

The Portimão 2 grandstand offers a viewing position at one of the most visually dramatic sections of the entire Algarve International Circuit. Sitting directly opposite challenging Turn 8, you will watch drivers commit to a tight, right hand curve with undulation changes that demands real precision and bravery at speed. As cars navigate this technically demanding section and accelerate hard towards Turn 9, the rhythm and speed changes on display make for a truly captivating spectacle. A giant screen keeps you connected to the wider race action throughout the weekend, ensuring you have a complete picture of events on track at all times.

Portimão Grandstand

Stretching along the straight leading into Turn 10, the Portimão grandstand places you at a section of the circuit where overtaking opportunities and late braking duels are a regular feature of race day. Watch the cars push to their limits after Turn 9 before diving into the technical hairpin, a corner that can make or break a driver’s race strategy and lap time. The combination of high speed approach and tight braking zone creates a compelling viewing angle from start to finish, with close wheel to wheel action a common sight throughout the weekend.

Sagres Grandstand

The Sagres grandstand offers a fantastic viewing position at the final and most decisive section of the Algarve International Circuit lap. Positioned at Turns 14 and 15, you will have a front row seat for the closing stages of every single lap, watching drivers fight side by side through the final corners before accelerating hard down the main straight. This section of the circuit is where late braking, bold moves and last gasp overtaking attempts are a regular feature, making it one of the most dramatic and unpredictable places to watch on the entire track. With a giant screen in view throughout the weekend, you will stay fully connected to the race wherever the action is happening on the circuit.

Solverde Grandstand

Situated between the final two corners of the Algarve International Circuit, the Solverde grandstand places you right in the heart of the closing stages of every lap. Positioned between the Sagres and Sul grandstands, this section of the circuit offers a close and immersive experience as drivers navigate the demanding final sequence before powering onto the main straight. Fans seated on the left side of the grandstand can also catch sight of the main straight, adding an extra dimension to the viewing experience. A giant screen ensures you remain fully connected to the race action at all times, so you will never miss a moment of what is happening elsewhere around the circuit.

Sol / South Grandstand

Positioned at the entrance to the main straight, the Sul grandstand offers a thrilling and unique vantage point at one of the most exhilarating moments of every single lap. From here you will watch cars accelerate hard out of the final corner and launch themselves down the main straight at full speed, giving you a real sense of the raw power and pace of a modern Formula 1 car. As the field streams past in close formation, particularly in the opening laps, the atmosphere from this section of the circuit is electric. With a giant screen keeping you fully connected to the action around the rest of the track, the Sul grandstand delivers an exciting and well rounded race day experience for any Formula 1 fan.
