Your ultimate weekend itinerary for an unforgettable Grand Prix experience.
Friday - 25 June, 2027
Your Austrian Grand Prix Package starts here!
Head for the airport and depart on a direct flight from to Vienna.
When you arrive at Vienna Airport, you will be met in the arrivals hall by your driver and driven directly to your hotel.
Saturday - 26 June, 2027
After your breakfast, you will be collected from the hotel and transferred to the Red Bull Ring, where you will get to enjoy Qualifying for the Austrian Grand Prix.
Following the conclusion of qualifying races you will be transferred back to your hotel. From there you will have the remainder of the evening at leisure.
Sunday - 27 June, 2027
After your breakfast, you will be collected from the hotel and transferred to the Red Bull Ring to see the incredible Austrian Grand Prix.
Once racing is over, you will be transferred back to your hotel to enjoy the rest of your evening.
Monday - 28 June, 2027
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel.
After breakfast you will be collected from your hotel, and driven to Vienna airport. From there, sit back and relax on your flight home.

Austrian F1 Package FAQs
How & when will I get to the circuit?
- On the Saturday and Sunday of the race weekend, a shared coach will take you to the official circuit parking directly from your hotel
- While the final timetable is yet to be confirmed, we aim to get guests to the circuit 3 – 3.5hrs before the F1 Qualifying, or Race, begins. This will give guests the opportunity to watch some of the warm up events and races, or experience everything that the circuit has to offer.
- After racing/qualifying ends, guests generally have up to 1.5hrs to return to their coach
Why are the hotels located in Vienna, not closer to the Red Bull Ring?
- We locate guests in Vienna for a number of reasons. First, Spielberg, where the Red Bull Ring is located does not have an international airport. That means that if guests were to fly to Vienna and stay in Spielberg a lengthy (and very expensive) taxi ride would be required to get guests to their hotel. Second, there are very few hotels located close to the circuit. These are mostly booked by teams and media personnel years in advance, making them prohibitively expensive for most people. In conclusion, while Vienna is not exactly nearby, they variety and flexibility the city offers as a hub outweighs any downsides.
